TOURNAMENT 
This year California PAL & Bakersfield PAL will host the Soccer tournament with event dates of May 7 - 9, 2004. The Kern County Soccer Park (9400 Alfred Harrell Hwy, Bakersfield, CA 93306) is where the games will be held.
